Why CCTV needs PQC

Surveillance cameras capture sensitive data 24/7. A "harvest-now" attacker can record encrypted streams today and break them with a future quantum computer. PUCE CCTV eliminates this risk at its root.

Post-quantum encryption

Each video segment is encrypted with ML-KEM-768 + AES-256-GCM (FIPS 203). Even with storage access, data is unreadable without ephemeral keys.

Forensic hash-chain

Each frame produces a SHA3-256 hash chained to the previous one. Any manipulation or frame suppression is detected and reported in real time.

Regulatory compliance

GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001 and CNSA 2.0 — complete audit trail with Ed25519 signature per recording, exportable to SIEM.
