  • fipsCompliant=true means pqsl-core implements FIPS 203/204 standards. FIPS 140-3 module certification still in progress (Q3 2026 target).
  • Falcon-512 and SPHINCS+ are reserved (implementationAvailable=false) until pqsl-core v3.1+ ships them.
  • Negotiation is application-level (not TLS handshake). Migration is not always zero-downtime (Drive Guard keys need the agent online).
